From the inverted PRS headstock that keeps string tension consistent (and tuning rock solid) to the vintage-style tuners upgraded with PRS’s locking system, this guitar is all about combining old-school vibe with modern reliability and convenience. The steel tremolo features PRS’s Gen III knife-edge screws and sits flush to the body, so it only drops pitch — giving you extra resonance while keeping things stable.

This John Mayer signature guitar comes loaded with three 635JM single-coil pickups. They sound warm, round and full of character, with a sweet top end that never gets harsh. Add in a 7.25” fingerboard radius and a traditional bone nut for rich sustain, and you’ve got a guitar that feels like home from the very first strum.

Other thoughtful touches include a curved metal jack plate for hassle-free cable changes, retooled knobs and a premium PRS gig bag to keep your Silver Sky safe on the road.
