Key Features

  • The EndurNeck – Due to the way that it is designed, it is experienced as comfortable whether you are used to a thick or thin neck.
  • Suhr Aldrich Pickups – Designed for a more organic feel while delivering loads of punchy output for high-gain distortion.
  • Multi-Scale Neck – Play with ease with the ergonomically designed Fanned Frets, making your playing more naturally fluid.
  • Bridge Tuners – No need to reach for the tuners at the end of the neck! The tuners on a Strandberg are attached to the bridge, making it quicker to tune for on-the-fly adjustments.
  • Chambered Basswood Body with Arm & Torso Carves – This guitar has been carefully designed with the player in mind with a lightweight body, and a carved body shape making it supremely comfortable to play.

Tonewoods

The guitar is lovingly crafted with a lightweight chambered Basswood body with a Maple top. The neck is made from the highest grade roasted Maple which is reinforced with carbon fibre for superior tuning stability.

The EndurNeck

The EndurNeck™ is a patented neck profile that provides many benefits. By utilizing flat surfaces rather than a round profile, it provides a more restful grip for the thumb. Ergonomically, your hand is much stronger when gripping something thick than when gripping something thin, and the EndurNeck™ uses this fact in its design.

Chord playing is made easier at the far end of the neck, while soloing and fret access in general at the near end of the neck is made easier. The result is less stress on muscles, joints & tendons, which lets you play more relaxed, with less fatigue, which results in less risk of injury and better playing, which is one of the true values of the Strandberg designs.

Electric Guitars

Electric guitars use magnetic pickups to convert string vibration into an electrical signal, allowing the sound to be shaped through amplifiers and effects. Key things to understand include body shape, pickup type, neck profile, scale length and bridge design, as these all affect tone, feel and sustain. They are used across almost every modern genre, from clean and expressive to high-gain and aggressive styles, making them one of the most versatile instruments available.

Guitar

Explore electric, acoustic and bass guitars across a wide range of playing styles, body shapes and specifications. The most useful differences include scale length, construction, pickup type, neck profile, materials and whether the instrument is intended for amplified, acoustic or hybrid use. Use the narrower guitar categories and feature tags to compare instruments with similar designs rather than relying on appearance alone.
