Have you ever wanted more control over your effects? Already got some effects with expression inputs but not taken advantage of it yet? Then this may be the one pedal that never leaves your board. The universal Mission Engineering SP-25M Pro expression pedal features a wide range taper and a momentary toe switch that run off of separate outputs so you can control your rig however you want.

Here’s what Mission Engineering say about the SP-25M PRO

The SP-25M-PRO features the new Mission Aero design like the EP-25-PRO, and adds an integrated momentary toe switch. This works with compatible modelers, digital effects, and MIDI controllers allowing effects to be turned on and off on right at the pedal. At just 1.7lbs, the all aluminum Aero is half the weight of a standard Mission pedal, ideal for fly rigs and other weight sensitive applications. The 25K Ohm linear taper potentiometer is fully sealed for a smooth action and a long life. Dual channel outputs control one or two devices simultaneously, and can be expanded with Expressionator to control up to four devices from one expression pedal.

The extended sweep of the Aero design makes this an ideal all round expression pedal for volume control as well as, wah, whammy, and effects parameter controls.  The rear cut away and extended length curved surface are ergonomically designed for comfortable use in either standing or sitting positions. The SP-25M-PRO is perfect not just for for guitar, but keyboards, acoustic instruments, and both live and studio use.

The SP-25M-PRO features independent polarity switches for each channel. This allows for compatibility with a wide range of different pedals, rack effects, modeling amplifiers, keyboards, MIDI controllers and other expression controlled devices. The integrated soft touch momentary switch works with most current digital processors and MIDI controllers that support an external switch.

The SP-25M-PRO is finished in a choice of resilient, non reflective black stealth style powder coat, or a dramatic gold carbon fiber graphic finish.

Guitar FX

Guitar FX (effects) refer to the wide range of pedals and processors that shape and manipulate a guitar’s signal to create different sounds. From classic distortion and overdrive to reverb, delay, modulation, and pitch-shifting, effects are at the heart of a guitarist’s creative toolkit. Whether analogue or digital, stompbox or multi-effects unit, Guitar FX allow players to express mood, texture, and dynamics in unique ways. Used thoughtfully, they can transform a simple riff into something atmospheric, aggressive, or entirely otherworldly.

Mission

pedal

A pedal is a compact device that guitarists use to alter their instrument’s sound by shaping effects such as distortion, delay, reverb, and modulation. Typically housed in a rugged enclosure and controlled by footswitches, pedals are designed to be placed on the floor for hands-free operation during playing. They can be analogue or digital, true bypass or buffered, and come in countless varieties to suit different styles and preferences. Pedals are essential tools for creating signature tones and adding colour and texture to a guitarist’s sound.
