Paul Stanley is back with Ibanez! After a few years away flirting with other companies he is back home where his original signature guitar began with the Ibanez Iceman. Paul Stanley may not be one of the flashiest guitar players in the world but he knows how to rock and he knows good gear when he sees it. This guitar is ready to rock the stage with a design that is distinctively KISS like.

Built To Rock

Any guitar made for Paul Stanley needs to sound heavy and be able to survive a battering on the road. This guitar is no different, the thick mahogany body that has been topped with a maple cap for some extra sparkle and 3 piece mahogany neck are tour ready out of the box.

To be used on stage with KISS though it also needs to look the part. Taking inspiration from Paul Stanleys original signature guitar with Ibanez the PS10 this PS120 features a jet black finish with abalone and cream binding accented with all chrome hardware. Get some strong lights on this guitar and you will seriously stand out on stage.

To finish off the feel and look you have a dark ebony fretboard with acrylic and abalone block inlays. Ebony is an extremely smooth wood that is very easy to play on so don’t worry about this guitar slowing you down.

A Trip Back In Time

The PS120 is heavily inspired by Paul Stanley’s original design for his old PS10 model. It uses the latest versions of the Full Tune III bridge and Quick Change III Tailpiece with the extra paul stanley flair piece. This bridge system is amazing for when you need to set up quickly in less than ideal environments.

Although these are not the same pickups that were on the original guitar the PS120 has a set of stunning Seymour Duncan pickups that have become a bit of an industry standard. The combination of a Custom 5 and ’59 mean that whatever style you want to play this guitar can perform. Although it may look a bit out of place in a blues rock gig there is no reason sonically why you couldn’t perform with this guitar.

Whether you’re after a high-gloss finish on a guitar, a rugged black amp for the stage, or matching accessories, this category brings together all things black in the world of music gear. Ideal for those who prefer a bold, professional look that never goes out of style.

Electric Guitars

Electric guitars use magnetic pickups to convert string vibrations into an electrical signal, which is then amplified. Unlike acoustic guitars, they rely on amplification for volume and tone shaping, making them highly versatile in genres like rock, blues, jazz, and metal. Electric guitars come in many body styles—solid, semi-hollow, and hollow—and feature different pickup configurations, neck types, and hardware. From smooth clean tones to aggressive distortion, they offer a wide sonic range, making them the backbone of modern guitar music.

Guitar

Here at GPAS we have everything guitar from music to guitars amps pedals and stuff. The guitar is a versatile stringed instrument played across countless genres, from rock and blues to classical and jazz.

Typically featuring six strings, it produces sound by vibrating strings stretched over a wooden body or solid frame, amplified acoustically or electronically.

We have Guitars in all types, including acoustic, electric, bass guitars and electro-acoustic, each offering different tonal characteristics and playing styles. For many, the guitar is both a tool of expression and a lifelong obsession—lending itself equally to raw power, subtle nuance, and everything in between.

About Ibanez

We have new and used Ibanez musical equipment available on our website for fast direct delivery from sellers across the UK & Europe.

The Hoshino Gakki company began in 1908 as the musical instrument sales division of the Hoshino Shoten, a bookstore chain. Hoshino Gakki decided in 1935 to make Spanish-style acoustic guitars, at first using the “Ibanez Salvador” brand name in honor of Spanish luthier Salvador Ibáñez, and later simply “Ibanez”.

In the 1970s, the Nisshin Onpa company who owned the Maxon brand name, developed and began selling a series of effect pedals in Japan. Hoshino Gakki licensed these for sale using the name Ibanez outside Japan. These two companies eventually began doing less and less business together until Nisshin Onpa ceased manufacturing the TS-9 reissue for Hoshino Gakki in 2002.
