With period accurate bodies, necks and hardware and meticulously voiced, year-specific pickups, the American Vintage II series pays tribute to the revolutionary designs that altered the course of popular music forever.

The Fender American Vintage II 1951 Telecaster pays tribute to the first "blackguard" Teles that rolled off the production line in 1951, bringing solid body guitars to the masses. With its simple, yet ground-breaking design, '51 “U” shaped hard Rock Maple neck and legendary "twangy" sound, you would be forgiven for thinking you were playing a genuine vintage guitar. Featuring an Ash body with a Nitrocellulose lacquer finish, the 1951 Telecaster is the stuff of legends, designed for players with a keen appreciation of vintage instruments!

At the heart of the '51 Tele is a pair of Pure Vintage '51 Telecaster pickups for a host of punchy single-coil tones that will take you back to the golden age of guitar building. Other premium appointments include a triple brass saddle bridge, single-line “Fender Deluxe” tuners and iconic single-ply black phenolic pickguard.

Stuff About Electric Guitars

Electric guitars use magnetic pickups to convert string vibration into an electrical signal, allowing the sound to be shaped through amplifiers and effects. Key things to understand include body shape, pickup type, neck profile, scale length and bridge design, as these all affect tone, feel and sustain. They are used across almost every modern genre, from clean and expressive to high-gain and aggressive styles, making them one of the most versatile instruments available.

Stuff About Guitars

Guitars cover a wide range of instruments designed to suit different styles, techniques, and sounds, from acoustic and classical models to solid body, semi-hollow, and hollow electric designs. Factors like body shape, scale length, neck profile, string type, and pickups all influence how a guitar feels and responds, making each type suited to different players and musical approaches. Whether used for rhythm, lead, songwriting, or experimentation, guitars are expressive, versatile instruments that form the heart of countless genres and playing styles.

Stuff About Solid Body Electric Guitars

Solid body electric guitars are built from a solid piece or pieces of wood, giving them excellent sustain, stability, and resistance to feedback at higher volumes. This construction makes them well suited to amplified playing across a wide range of styles, from clean and articulate tones to heavy, high-gain sounds. Their design allows pickups and hardware to play a major role in shaping tone, while the solid body provides a consistent, reliable feel. Solid body electric guitars are valued for their durability, versatility, and ability to perform confidently on stage and in the studio.

The Important stuff

Left-Handed Guitar — Left-handed guitars are built specifically for left-handed players, with the body shape, controls, and string orientation reversed to provide a natural and comfortable playing experience. Available across electric, acoustic, classical, and bass styles, they offer the same variety of tones, features, and build quality as right-handed models. Using a properly designed left-handed guitar helps with balance, technique, and confidence, allowing players to focus on developing their sound without having to adapt to an instrument that doesn’t suit the way they play.. Telecaster — The Telecaster is one of the most iconic electric guitars ever made, first introduced by Fender in the early 1950s. Known for its simple design, solid body, and distinctive twang, it became the go-to instrument for country, rock, blues, and punk players alike. Its two single-coil pickups deliver bright, cutting tones with great clarity, making it perfect for both rhythm and lead work. The Tele’s bolt-on neck, smooth playability, and rugged build have helped it remain a timeless classic — a true workhorse guitar that’s still inspiring musicians over 70 years after its debut..
