Let us introduce you to the Ibanez MDM1000-PW Mode Bass Guitar in Pearl White.

The Ibanez MDM1000 is a sleek, modern bass that reimagines a classic design for contemporary players. With its roasted Maple neck, Alder body and powerful Delta S4J pickups partnered with the Ibanez Sonitech S 3-band EQ, it delivers a versatile, punchy voice that’s equally at home laying down solid foundations or tackling intricate, technical lines.

As part of Ibanez’s Mode Series, the MDM1000 bridges vintage-inspired feel with cutting-edge playability and electronics. A ‘Super All Access’ neck joint, medium stainless steel frets and lightweight hardware make it a joy to play for long sets. While the Hexa Mid system and EQ bypass options give you instant access to a huge range of usable tones for the stage and studio.

Modern take on a classic design

The Mode Series takes an iconic bass silhouette and refines it for today’s players. The Alder body offers a familiar, balanced tonal character with bright attack and rich sustain, while the sleek contours and satin polyurethane finish keep things comfortable and fast under the hands.

Fast, stable roasted Maple neck

The MDM4 roasted Maple neck is heat-treated for improved stability, durability and resistance to moisture and temperature changes. Its slim profile, 34″ scale and 12″-radius Rosewood fretboard with 24 medium stainless steel frets make fast runs and wide stretches feel effortless, whether you’re playing fingerstyle, with a pick or slapping.

Delta S4J pickups & Sonitech S preamp

A pair of Delta S4J pickups provide a crisp high-end attack, punchy mids and a tight, powerful low end that cuts through any mix. The Ibanez Sonitech S Preamp 3-band EQ, with two selectable mid-range banks and a passive tone control, gives you the flexibility to move from vintage-flavoured warmth to aggressive, modern clarity at the turn of a knob — making it ideal for a wide range of musical styles.

Ergonomic hardware

A set of Ibanez Aero-Light tuners significantly reduce headstock weight while maintaining tuning accuracy, helping the bass balance comfortably on a strap. The MR5S bridge offers adjustable string spacing by plus or minus 1.5 mm, so you can fine-tune the feel under your right hand.
