Coming Soon!!!

We have just received confirmation of not 1 but 7 Levi Perry Masterbuilt Strats, Teles and even a Meteora! We have been blown away by every Levi Perry Masterbuilt Fender Custom Shop that’s found its way to our Guitar Gallery so to say we are excited is a bit of an understatement! His attention to detail, interesting and unique electronics and pickups and his jaw-dropping finishes are always a big talking point so we have decided to get these guitars listed straight away, even without images to give you the most time possible to register your interest, speak to our team or to get one of these awe-inspiring guitars reserved ASAP.

Key Features

  • Masterbuilt – There is something indescribably special about a guitar that’s built by one person. The neck is specifically built for that specific body and the pickups wound with that guitar in mind.
  • Built-in Effects – Get hands-on with your effects with this Strats built-in Fuzz, Octave and Delay effects. The unique layout and configuration allow you to creatively express yourself utilising electric guitar effects in a way that wouldn’t be possible in the standard pedalboard way.
  • Super Heavy Relic – Fender’s most extreme ageing. This is a guitar that’s been someone’s soul instrument for over 50 years… its played every show, has been on every record and generally is the one that’s always reached for.
  • Compound Radius – With its 9.50″ radius by the nut and flatter 14’’ radius from the 12th fret, this ’63 Strat offers maximum comfort up and down the neck.

Roasted

The already perfect combination of an Ash body and a Maple neck but made even better! Roasting the Ash body in effect, ages and seasons the wood to absolute perfection. All moistures, sugars and saps are roasted away leaving you with a piece of timber which feels like it’s been seasoned for 100 years. Perfectly resonant and often more lightweight. Wonderfully complemented by its AAA Flamed Roasted Maple neck this ’63 Strat is resonant and lively with increased sustain and overtone.

El Diablo

The Fender Custom Shop El Diablo single-coil Strat pickups offer a bigger, more open Strat sound lathered in amp-smashing heat! Utilising Alnico V magnets and specially calibrated pole piece heights, these overwound pickups go from shimmering glass to fire and rage. Perfect for both vintage and modern playing styles these Strat pickups offer a vintage-styled clean tone that captures the essence of a more traditionally outputted Strat pickup however with a bit more depth and body to the tone. At higher gain, these pickups flourish with an aggressive attack and rich overtones.

‘60s C Oval Shape Neck

The neck that can do everything! Not too thin and not too fat, just right no matter what style of playing you want to play that day. The neck is big enough that you can still wrap your thumb over and feel the whole guitar shake as you strum the strings as hard as you can yet still thin enough that you can effortlessly shred up and down the neck.

Levi Perry

Unlike many other Fender Masterbuilders who spent years honing their guitar-building skills outside of Fender, Levi joined Fender straight out of high school. He was born and raised in California and began working as part of the American standard production final assembly team primarily taking care of final setups and checks. In 2015 he moved into the Custom Shop where he first became a Relic Artist before soon joining the Custom Shop service repair team. It was here that he had first-hand in the full day-to-day of a custom shop builder gaining experience in every area of a custom shop guitar build. During this role, he got the opportunity to work on a number of Masterbuilt guitars which eventually acted as his ‘in’ with the prestigious Masterbuilders. In 2018 Levi was promoted to Masterbuilder Apprentice. In interviews, Levi jokes how he was instantly thrown in the deep end getting the chance to work on legendary Fender Custom Shop Game of Thrones series of guitars. He spent 2 years working under John Cruz before getting the chance to work as a floater, learning the best bits from every Fender Masterbuilder. Finally, in 2023, Levi was promoted to Masterbuilder. His passion for the rich history and heritage of Fender as well as his love of learning, ambition and his desire to keep pushing as earnt him a prominent reputation among the Masterbuilder ranks.
