The Gibson Les Paul Modern Studio takes the Studio range to the next level. Les Paul Studios have been favoured by guitarists for decades thanks to the lightweight Mahogany construction and simple aesthetic nature, stripping the Les Paul back to basics. With the Les Paul Modern Studio, some improvements and enhancements have been made, taken from the Modern line, such as the bound Ebony fretboard with compound radius, a Modern contoured heel to give superior upper-fret access, coil tapping controls, and additional switching to give you control over phase and pure bypass.

This high-performance machine comes loaded with a Gibson 490R humbucker in the neck and a Gibson 498T humbucker in the bridge for a contemporary growl that has articulate highs and mids, with plenty of bass in the low end. The slim tapered neck offers incredible playability and feel when moving up and down the fretboard, pinning you close whilst feeling comfortable in your hand. The Gibson Les Paul Modern Studio combines many fantastic features from the Modern range to give you a high-performance instrument, that feels superb to play!
