12-String

A 12-string guitar is a type of guitar that has twelve strings arranged in six pairs, or courses, with each pair tuned either in unison or an octave apart. This setup creates a richer, fuller, and more shimmering sound compared to a standard six-string guitar. Often used in folk, rock, and blues, 12-string guitars add natural chorus and resonance, making them ideal for rhythm playing and jangly textures.
