Music Sales Limited, now operating as Wise Music Group, has a rich history of publishing a wide range of music books and sheet music. Their catalogue includes classical works from esteemed composers like Olivier Messiaen and Francis Poulenc, as well as operatic pieces by Gioachino Rossini and Vincenzo Bellini. They also offer popular music songbooks featuring artists such as Bob Dylan, The Beatles, and Metallica. Educational series like “The Complete Piano Player” and “It’s Easy To Play” cater to learners at various levels. Additionally, through their imprint Omnibus Press, they publish music biographies and reference works, including titles like “The Beatles: A Diary” and “The Encyclopedia of Popular Music”. In 2018, Music Sales sold its physical and online printed music divisions to Hal Leonard LLC, allowing them to focus more on expanding their music publishing rights across diverse genres and territories.
